Couples Therapy For Pleasanton, California
Welcome!
We’re really glad you’re here! If you’re hoping to feel more connected, improve how you communicate, or work through challenges in your relationship, there’s a way forward. Our therapists use Emotionally Focused Therapy, a supportive and research-backed approach that helps couples move from conflict into greater understanding and closeness.
It’s common to get stuck in patterns that leave you feeling distant or misunderstood. But those patterns can change. With the right support, it’s absolutely possible to reconnect and build something even stronger. You can meet with us online from anywhere in California, or in person at our office in Danville.
If you’re ready to explore what that might look like, we offer a free 20-minute video consultation to get started.
